
Cabbage Cheese Rolls

3 lbs Ground Veal or Ground Chicken
6 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp vegetable boullion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp Italian herb spice
7-8 bell peppers
Mix all ingredients together.
If following the Metabolic Balance program
weigh out your pepper to appropriate weight, weigh your
meat portion and stuff into pepper.
Cook at 350 ° for 40 minutes or until done.
