1 Roma tomato, chopped
¼ green bell pepper, chopped
¼ cucumber, chopped
¼ red onion, chopped
½ cup (80 g) crumbled or cubed feta cheese
5 pitted olives, halved
2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp fresh basil
