Serves One
1 Portion of cabbage
Salt, Fresh pepper
Ground caraway
Parsley (chopped)
1 Portion feta or cottage cheese
Weigh out your portion of cabbage leaves & wash them.
Boil salt water with caraway, preserve and blanch the leaves.
Take out the cabbage and drain it well.
Season the cabbage leaves with salt and pepper.
Then stuff them with the cheese.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over it.
Make rolls.
Bake in oven at 350° F to warm and soften cheese if desired.
